These Terms govern your access to and use of Neural Networks Courses. By using the Service, you agree to them.
1) Use of Service
You agree to use the Service lawfully and to respect intellectual property rights. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access restricted systems, disrupt other users, or circumvent security.
- Do not upload, share, or distribute content you don’t have rights to.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate laws, regulations, or third‑party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your activity violates these Terms or presents risk to users, our systems, or third parties.
2) Accounts
Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account unless caused by our breach.
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may require verification for certain actions (e.g., billing changes, certificate issuance).

3) Payments
Fees are charged per course or bundle. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Prices and promotions may change, but changes won’t affect purchases already completed.
When you pay, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method. If a payment fails, we may retry and/or suspend access until resolved.
4) Refunds
We provide a 14-day refund for unused certificates. Refund eligibility may require proof of purchase and confirmation that the certificate has not been issued or redeemed.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by provider.
5) Content, Certificates, and Licenses
Course videos, slides, labs, quizzes, and certificate designs are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly perform, or publish our materials without written permission.
Certificates may be issued based on completion rules. We may revoke a certificate if we reasonably determine it was obtained through fraud, cheating, or policy violations.
6) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
7) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice within the Service. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
